The comfort is in the foam and the frame.
A sofa is only as good as what you cannot see. Ours are built on plywood frames with webbed suspension, filled with high-density PU foam over a rebonded base, and wrapped in fabric chosen to survive daily use — velvet, chenille, suede-touch weave or artificial leather, depending on the piece.

Plywood frames, not sticks
Frames and storage boxes are cut from plywood and engineered board, then screwed and braced at every corner.

Foam that keeps its shape
High-density PU seat foam over a rebonded base, with softer fibre in the backs so the seat stays firm and the back stays kind.

Upholstery you can wipe
Velvet and chenille for the sets that stay in the drawing room, artificial leather where a cloth and a wipe matter more.

Hydraulics that hold
Storage beds run on gas-strut launchers rated to lift the whole deck, so one hand opens it and it stays open.
